The SUSCAB (Operated under the Brand of DEWANTI MOTORS) provides extra Security to the passengers, by doing complete KYC of the drivers. But if any passenger does not complete their KYC with us then the passenger has to show their identity card/proof to the driver before get onboard.

VEHICLE - Means the car driven by car owner or driver.

SERVICE -Means the services are provided through our official site to any member.

CAR OWNER OR DRIVER - Means the person who is driving the cab.

PASSENGER OR CO-TRAVELLER - Means the person or persons who is having service of our cab by booking it

MEMBER - Means the person or user who has legally registered himself to our site.

USER ACCOUNT - Means an account created by any person for himself to enjoy our services provided through our official site.

SITE - Means www.suscab.in or www.suscab.in through it we provide services to our members or passengers.

TRIP - Means a way between starting to stop point booked by the passenger with a agreed fare mentioned in our site.

FARE - Means the fare of the ride or trip payable by the traveller at the end of the ride or trip as a contribution.

CAR SHARING - Means to book a cab for your destination & in return you will have to pay by cash to driver.

CONDITION - Means the rules made by us which you have to follow or understand.

These are mentioned in our SUS cab official website.

Suscab does not support or ask any kind of advance online payment.

T&C for Driver - Registered Drivers can not charge the fare more than the bus fare of a particular location from single passenger.

T&C for Passenger - If you individually book a cab from Location A to Location B, you have to pay the full fare that a driver would ask to you. But if you share/pool the cab than the fare would be less.
